Postage and Packing

All of our wall decals are made to order and we guarantee to dispatch your order within 3 working days from order acceptance.

Our shipping rates are designed to be as low as possible whilst covering our packaging and postage costs. To keep the cost you as low as possible we ship all our decals via 1st Class post from the UK and standard Airmail service for everywhere else. We have found this to be a reliable way to deliver our decals whilst balancing speed and cost.
Packaging & postage costs will automatically be discounted for multiple items.

Typical delivery times following dispatch are1-2 days for the UK, 2-3 days for Europe and 5-10 days for all other international deliveries.

Refund & Returns

In all cases, please contact us and before returning any items. We can be contacted via an Artfire message or on +44 (0) 23 9270 6614. We can then agree on the most appropriate action to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
If your order is faulty or damaged in transit we will provide you with a replacement decal free of charge. We must be notified of the fault within 7 days from receipt of your goods. Proof of damage will be requested either by photograph or by return of the damaged decal.

If on the other hand you receive the decal and you just want your money back this is not a problem, just return the goods back to us in the original condition and we will arrange a refund via the same method used for the original payment. We must be notified of your requirement to return the item within 7 days from receipt of your decal. We strictly abide by the Distance Selling Regulations to which you, the buyer, have full rights. With every order we put a return address on the packaging for your convenience.
