Each one of our pieces is carefully hand crafted. High quality, and customer satisfaction are important to us.

Payment

Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment. Payment is expected immediately upon purchase. We will accept personal checks money orders. Personal checks must clear the bank before shipment of order is made. Please contact us for arrangments.

Shipping

We ship free in the United States. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. We will contact you if there will be any delays. Custom orders may take longer to ship. We will include delivery confirmation on shipment whenever possible. If you would like to have your package insured, contact us before payment and we will upgrade payment to include insurance.

We will ship worldwide. Buyer is responsible for any customs/duty fees imposed by buyer's country.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days. We will exchange for a similar item of equal value, or refund your money, minus shipping & handling. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Refund or exchange will be sent upon receipt of returned items.

If you see something you like, but the color, size or shape is not quite right, please contact us with e-mail. We will do our best to customize to your liking. Prices may vary according to specifics of the order. Details about custom orders will be agreed upon by e-mail. These will include design specifics, price, estimated shipment date, and any other details pertaining to the order.

Jewelry items, if for some reason break or come apart, within a 6 month period, can be returned for free repair. All pieces must be included. Send items back to us with a self-addressed, padded envelope. Please contact us before returning, so we can be watching the mail for items returned. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
