Payment: We accept PayPal, Amazon Payments or credit card. Shipping: I ship within 2 business days of purchase unless it is a special order. If for some reason I am unable to ship within that time frame, you will receive notice by mail of when I expect to ship. All Items are shipped Priority Mail or First Class Mail in USA. International Orders : Please check item rates for countries I ship to. If you want to purchase something that doesn't have an international rate, please feel free to contact me to get the rate before buying. Return Policy. Any item should be returned within 14 days of purchase at your expense. Original unused item plus any broken or damaged components must be included in the return. If there is an issue with my work, please contact me! Your input and satisfaction is very important to me. Special Order Policy. Some of my shop items are by order only. Since some beads or leather may have to be specially ordered for that particular item, I require payment in full before I start on them. Each item has an approx. completion time plus shipping time. I usually start on the item within 2-3 days of receiving your order (providing I have the supplies in stock). If I expect any delays, I will contact you. Likewise, you will be contacted as soon as your item is completed and ready to ship. If you have any questions about your special order, feel free to contact me.
