Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address connected with your PayPal.

Purchases are shipped using Priority Mail through the USPS.

All jewelry is packed in a nice re-use able box and shipped in the appropriate size Priority Mail Box. We feel that your items have a better chance of arriving at their new home safely by doing it this way.

I am not responsible for damage or loss in shipping. Once I've dropped off the package at the post office I have no control over how they treat it. I'd hand deliver every item to final homes if it were up to me and that were at all possible!!!

Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to me. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me within 7 days of receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return. I will happily exchange or refund the price of the item ordered once the item has been returned to me in original condition. Initial shipping costs to you are not refundable.
