Wyverndesigns' Policies

SHIPPING: I ship USPS 1st class w/delivery confirmation. I will ship your order on the Saturday after receiving payment. PAYMENT METHODS: I do not accept personal checks. I accept Paypal. You may pay with a credit card through Paypal even though you don't have a Paypal account. I only accept USPS money orders but your items will not ship until payment has been received. I ask that you email me as soon as you've sent the money order so that I will know when to expect it and can contact you if it does not arrive in a timely fashion. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: I accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery but I do require that you send the item back before an exchange is made or a refund issued. If you wish to return an undamaged item, I will refund your purchase price minus paypal and shipping costs. CUSTOM ORDERS: I am happy to consider all custom request. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.
