Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.

Please verify your ARTFIRE address matches with your Paypal shipping address.
Orders will be delayed if they don't - I'll have to confirm the correct address before shipping.

All jewelry are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail is available just buy the list in my section Supplies or contac me and I just the shipping.
Most item/s are shipped 48 - 72 hours of receipt of payment dependant on order's queue. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
If you need your jewelry for a specific date, please send me a note when you buy.
I can't be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, however it's recommendable to add shipping insurance when placing your order.
All Items come packaged in bubble mailers.
For international shipping, please contact me for a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to health & safety reasons, earrings can not be returned unless faulty.
Refunds/exchanges are only offered if there is an error on my part or if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
No refunds on items with custom order, colors or lettering unless the item(s) are defective.
