My work (excluding beadweaving) is 100% guaranteed. If the color wears off a ring, or it breaks, I will repair or replace for the cost of shipping. All items that are made of tarnishable materials (copper, brass, bronze, or sterling silver) come with a "Lifetime Care Package." For the cost of shipping I will polish it up to look the way it did when you bought it. Unless you like the antique, tarnished look, of course. I strive for 110% customer satisfaction, so if you have any issues, ever, please let me know.
