Since we hand crafted all items, All sales are final. However, if items arrive broken and or damage due to shipping, please contact us within 24hrs. We will exchange the items for like and or similar product of equal value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. No item will be excepted without prior approval from seller. All items must be return within 7 days of arrival. Please allow 2-5 days for processing & shipping. Shipping outside of the US may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
