Payment Please make all payments through pay pal with in 24 hours of purchase. Shipping All tutorials are sent by email. Shipping daily, unless the post office is not open. Everything is sent USPS. If you need an item right away please contact me before purchase. Refunds and Exchanges I do not offer refunds for shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in the mail). If there is a problem with an item that is purchased from my store please contact me with in 5 days of mail date on package.
