Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on the 1st & 3rd of each month due to the long lines. All orders will be shipped to the address on paypal. If you have moved or want it shipped to a different address, please update your paypal account before you place your order. I do my best to package your item as carefully as possible so it arrives as you see it on my site. I will wrap breakable items in multiple layers of bubble wrap and the box will be marked fragile so it has the best possible chance to arrive to you in perfect condition. I am happy to report, all of my items have arrived safely and in one piece to all of my etsy and my artfire customers. Most of my listings do not include insurance. If an item includes insurance, it will be indicated in the listing. I am happy to add insurance to any order, just email me for a quote. All US shipped orders will be sent first class via US Postal service with delivery confirmation so you can track your order. First class mail typically takes up to 5-7 days depending on your location. If you need it quicker, email me for a quote. For all sales outside of the United States, I highly recommend purchasing insurance on your item. There is no way to track it unless I send it insured. I am also unable to send it with delivery confirmation. If you want insurance, please contact me for a quote. If you have purchased insurance and the item arrives to you broken, please contact me within 2 calendar days so we can discuss the return. You will need to send the damaged item back to me and I will refund the purchase price through paypal within 6 business days from the date I received the damaged item. I do not refund shipping costs.
