SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Sketch cards are protected by plastic toploaders, while larger art pieces are reinforced with backing boards to prevent bending. All original art items are securely wrapped in plastic and shipped in bubble envelope using Registered Airmail. Prints will be shipped using Normal Airmail.

Shipping times from Malaysia to different worldwide destinations vary; Below is an approximate guide based on past client feedback:

1 week
- UK, France and Spain
- Australia and NZ

2 weeks
- North America

Up to 1 month
- Middle East
- Eastern Europe
- South America

Mailing days are every Tuesday and Friday, so item shipments depend on what day in the week a purchase is made. If there is a delay, I will inform the buyer.

RETURNS:

If you are unsatisfied with the item you have received, immediately return it in good condition along with the original mailing package to the return address within 1 week of receipt for a full refund (minus initial shipping charges).

Any returned items that is unreasonably damaged, sent without including the original package and/or is shipped postmarked after 1 week of receipt will not be entertained nor sent back.
