I generally try to ship within 48 hours of a purchase. If I will be unable to ship for a period of time I will post that information. International shipping will require me to wait until the next Saturday to ship. If you are looking to purchase and I don't have a shipping cost indicated for your country, please send me an email and I'll get one set up. I accept returns and will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping costs. Most custom items I will accept returns for as well. If it is a personalized item, that I don't believe I will be able to accept a return on, I will let you know in advance.
