Here are some tid-bits for your information:
1. All of our pieces are hand stamped by one of us. This creates a unique, one of a kind look. That is the beauty of our items! Please allow for some variation in the pictures to what you will receive.
2. Since most of our pieces are custom made for each customer, we may not accept returns on some items. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss. Please note that the buyer pays all shipping cost if an item does need to be returned or exchanged.
3. All of our orders are packaged in a black jewelry box and tied with a bright green ribbon, ready for gift giving!
4. We take pride in all of our hand made items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for design and creation.
We ship First Class Mail and will ship your item with 48 hours of completing your creation.
