Ali's Handmade will give full refunds (buyer pays return shipping) if you are in any way unsatisfied with your product. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund. If we am not contacted within 30 days, we will only be able to return 25% of your payment. We will accept exchanges at any time :) For repairs, there is no charge except for shipping.
