Hello - Thank you for looking at our Art Fire Store. Customer Service is our main goal, so to keep it simple, here are just a few facts..... We ship within 48 hours of your order - or sooner We ship via the USPS - Priority Mail - NO INSURANCE If you would like insurance, please message us before you buy and we will work it out. We do take custom order requests - for instance, if you are searching for a different spirit bottle, just ask. We also do custom etching on melted bottles.
