Payment ======= a) My Paypal account is premier verified. b) Buyers residing in Singapore have a choice of paying in S$ either through paypal or local bank transfer at an exchange rate of S$1.50 per US$. Please contact seller for payment details. Shipping ====== a) Mode: i) Registered Mail All international and local orders are sent through registered mail, which comes with tracking number and requires signature upon delivery. If no one is at home/ office to sign for the mail, the postman will leave a note for you to pick it up at your local post office within a period of time. If the mail is unclaimed, it will be returned to the seller. Buyer will have to pay the shipping fees again to "re-ship" the items to the buyer. So please remember to pick up the mail. :) *Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you through paypal. ii) Normal Mail (not recommended) If you wish to ship the item by normal mail instead of registered, please leave a note in "message to seller". However, there will be NO refund of shipping fees and NO compensation for lost mail (touch wood) sent via normal post. iii) No meet up for delivery in Singapore. b) Shipping Dates and Delivery Time I will mail the order within 3 days once receipt of payment is complete and I will add the tracking number in paypal and paypal will email it to you. i) International buyers: -International delivery: approximately 10 to 25 days business days ii) Singapore buyers: -Local delivery (Singapore): approximately 3 to 4 business days. c) Lost Mail i) Lost registered mail- Compensation for the amount paid by the buyer will be given when the post office confirms that the mail is lost. This will take some time to process as it depends on how long the buyer country's post office will take to track and locate the mail. However, if the post office confirms that the mail is delivered but you didn't receive it, please go to your local post office to file and claim compensation for lost mail. ii) No compensation for undelivered mail sent using normal mail.
