Payment Payment is due at time of sale. If payment has not been made within 1 day of checkout and you do not respond to my attempt to contact you, the sale will be canceled. If you purchase by mistake, let me know immediately and I will cancel the sale right away. Sales tax of 9.5% will be added automatically during payment processing if the item will be delivered to Washington State. Shipping All items are shipped to you via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation when available (in US). I insure items at my discretion and expense. If insurance is for over $200 a signature will be required upon delivery and I let you know to expect that. I ship within 3 business days, often same or next day, except for custom items. Shipping prices include packaging and handling costs as well as postage, but for international sales buyer is responsible for any customs fees. I am willing to ship internationally, but customs restrictions for each country must be checked first and a shipping fee determined. Please contact me if you are interested. Need your items faster? All jewelry comes in either an attractive recycled paper gift box with charming ribbon (suitable for giving) or a velvet pouch, depending on item size (smaller items in the box). Photos come carefully packaged in a rigid mailer, except larger sizes which need to be in a mailing tube. Refunds and Exchanges Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, exchanges or returns on unused, unworn items are permitted within 14 days of receipt if you contact me first. Payment will be refunded, minus original shipping and handling, upon my receipt of item. All returns MUST be unused and in the original condition, box, and packaging and shipped back via First Class with delivery confirmation (in US). Insurance is recommended as I cannot refund for items lost in the mail. In most cases there are no returns on custom orders, but do ask, as that can be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. I guarantee the quality of my work and if a problem arises within 90 days of respectful use I will repair or replace the item for free (at my discretion). If you ever feel there is a defect due to manufacturing (if a stone shatters out of the blue, say), please let me know and we will work something out.
