Payment

I accept PayPal for payment. I thank you ahead of time for your immediate payment upon checkout. If I dont receive your payment within 48 hours of your order, We reserve the right to cancel your order and re-list the items for sale to other customers, with no hard feelings. Thank you!

Shipping

Most USA orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) of your order. If its a holiday weekend it may take longer. We are always at the mercy of the Post Office

All shipments are First Class. USA shipments include Delivery Confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE: If you would like insurance on your package, please contace me before you pay and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.



SHIPPING ADDRESS:

USPS PRIORITY UPGRADES IN USA:

If you prefer USPS PRIORITY for USA deliveries, and the item is listed free shipping, priority upgrades are covered by the customer. Free shipping is a standard shipping option. Just contact me and I can amend your order for a priority upgrade. USPS Priority Mail is often delivered in just 2-3 business days across the USA.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love the item you receive. It is important to us. If you do not like the piece you receive, if you contact us, we will honor an exchange for another item of comparable price or will refund once we receive the item back.

Please feel free to contact us if you see a piece that you would like to have customized for you, or if you are plannin a wedding or an event where you would need duplicates of an item, and we will give you a quote at a discount rate for the larger order. If you see an item but would like it customized, feel free to contact us as well. (longer or shorter chain, different earring hooks, different color options, etc).
