I ship my jewelry first class, and the charm bracelets with insurance and tracking. Most larger items I ship parcel post. It saves us both money. Shipping time depends on how far away from California you are. If you have concerns, or need faster shipping, message me and we can adjusting shipping to meet your needs. I ship most items within three days - sometimes same day, sometimes a few days later. Custom items usually take an extra day but usually can go with only an extra day. I know you want your stuff, so I do my best to get it to you as quickly as I can!
I ship internationally at your risk. If you are interested in insurance I can create a quote and add that to a paypal invoice for you. I have yet to have a problem but I know that other sellers have issues with parts of Central and South American as well as Italy. I've shipped to Finland, Belgium, France, Germany, Japan, Russia, Czech Republic, Spain and Canada with no problems at all. If you feel you're in a country that might have mail delivery issues, please contact me to purchase insurance for your items. For international large or discounted orders, I will need charge full shipping and might not be able to offer free shipping on additional jewelry. For an additional $10 I can ship jewelry only in a flat rate priority mail package to most countries, with a 6 to 10 day delivery. Please inquire if you are interested in this option. The buyer is responsible for all and any potential customs charges.
When I travel, I message buyers right away about a delay. If there is going to be a delay of more than a day or two, I always toss in an extra goodie or two for your trouble. If there is a time concern on one of these occasions I will do what I can to accommodate your needs such as using priority mail at my cost. Often I travel with my jewelry so often I can ship while I'm on the move.
Please contact me prior to returning any item. Returns are considered on a case by case basis. For damaged items, please contact within three days of receipt and we can discuss refund or replacement.
