Thank you for considering a purchase with Asilomar Works. Shipping is generally completed no more than 3 business days after purchase, via USPS First Class.
I accept PayPal payments only. You do not need to be a PayPal member to send a payment via credit card. To send a PayPal payment, use the link on the payment page at checkout. I also accept Propay, which allows a customer to pay securely by credit card without creating an account or letting the seller see their credit card information.
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Please make payments in U.S. dollars. California residents will be charged the state sales tax rate for San Diego County (currently 8%).
Unless you have contacted me in advance for special circumstances, payment should be completed within three days. If you change your mind about a purchase before sending payment, please let me know as soon as possible so I may relist that piece (no hard feelings, I promise!). Transactions without payment after three days may be cancelled without warning, although I will always to try email or send a message before I cancel a transaction.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES:
Orders must be placed by December 15 for delivery within the US by December 24.
If you would like to upgrade the standard shipping to ensure delivery in a timely fashion, or if you are ordering after the 17th, please contact us for rates and availability before placing your order. USPS shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Delivery can not be guaranteed for delivery by December 24th, but typically arrives within 1-2 weeks of ship date with standard first class/airmail. Please see the shop policies for more information or contact us before ordering to upgrade your shipping option.

I ship all my jewelry in cotton-lined gift boxes tied with decorative ribbon, which are then placed in padded bubble mailers.
U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Other shipping options (insurance, Priority Mail, Fed Ex, etc.) are available upon request. International orders ship via Airmail Letter.
I try to ship items 2 business days after payment is received and funds have cleared. Please let me know if you need an order by a certain date and I will try to accommodate you.
I stand behind my craftsmanship. I want all my customers to be ecstatic about their purchases but if for some reason, you change your mind or are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will refund your payment less the shipping fee upon receipt of the returned item in the same condition it was sent.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you must contact me within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the item. You then have another seven (7) calendar days to ship the item to me. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original gift box they were shipped in. Once I receive the item, and the above conditions are met, I will issue the refund.
If you prefer to exchange a purchase for another item in my shop or receive store credit toward a future purchase from my shop, please let me know.
