Welcome

Sunny Days Embroidery welcomes custom orders. So many times you wish you knew someone with an embroidery machine because you have a great idea for something you would like made, let me introduce myself my name is Fran and I would be happy to put your ideas into stitches for you.

All embroidery can be done in colors of your choice. For custom orders please allow up to 4 days from the time of payment to the time of shipment.

CHILD SAFETY WARNING:

Hair clips with crystals and buttons are not intended to be used by children under 6. Small pieces, such as beads and crystals, can constitute a CHOKING HAZARD. Auntifranni/Sunny Days Embroidery assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages resulting from the misuse of these items.

Payment

All paypal payments are due at time of order. If you would like to pay via RME please provide me with your email address and I will send you an invoice.

If I receive no payment or communication from you I will cancel the order after 3 days and leave appropriate feedback.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped first class mail.

Insurance will be added for large orders.

If you would like priority mail or delivery confirmation please let me know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds on my personalized items because they are made especially for you. If there is a problem with the order please let me know and we will see what we can do to correct the problem. If I made an error and it was my fault I will replace the item at no expense to you. If the error was on your part I will replace at your expense.
