0Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of my items once an item is personalized or custom, it cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or error on my part. If the item was premade, the item can be returned as long as it is in new condition and the buyer contacts us before sending it back. The buyer will be refunded the full amount minus shipping cost and buyer is responsible for shipping back to us. Also I will not be responsible for lost items or damaged items if shipping insurance is not purchased.
