****FAQ's***** 1. Do you make all your own items? I do indeed make nearly all the buttons for reels listed in the shop. On items I do not completely make myself, I will include the artisan's information. For example, www.auntifranni.artfire.com does the embroidery for my reels and www.gypsygoods.etsy.com does the mylar buttons for my mylar reels. 2. Do you wholesale? I do offer wholesale in certain quantities. A minimum of 20 reels is required for a wholesale purchase. A wholesale contract is required. You may convo me with any questions. Wholesale discount price will vary based on the type of reel provided. 3. Do you do reviews or giveaways? I am unable to offer any of my products for reviews or giveaways at this time. If I can open up to this possibility, I will announce it here. Yes, when an item is designated for charity, it will say so in the description. 6. Do you offer custom items? I do offer custom items on many items. If I cannot make an item, I can surely refer you to an artisan who can!! 7. Do you trade? I do trade with members of teams I am on. 8. How big are the buttons on the reels? All buttons measure 1.5 inches 9. Is more than one reel of each design available? I do have multiples of nearly every reel. Please message me if you'd like multiple reels of any particular kind. I will create you a custom listing for you! 10. What types of reels are available? **Traditional belt clip in red,black, white, or blue (whichever matches your button best, based on availability. **No Twist Belt Clip: Your ID will not twist with this reel! The button does fit a bit different on this reel but works perfect! In BLACK only. **Rotating Alligator Clip: Perfect for those who can't use a belt clip. In BLACK only. **Belt Clip Keychain (no ID strap). Great for keys, caribiners, etc. In BLACK only. ALL available at no additional charge!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~If you do not specify your choice, you will receive a standard belt clip in whatever color matches your reel best. 11. International orders must be taken in to the post office. I only go to the post office twice a week. Please bear that in mind when checking out. If you need your item faster, please drop me a line. Items sent either priority mail-United States Post Office or US Post Office First Class Mail. According to the USPS, your item could take 2-9 days to arrive. If you need your item faster, you will need to pay for express or overnight shipping. POLICIES: **Payment** I accept Paypal and am open to trades. Payment is expected within 3 business days of order or I reserve the right to cancel the order. NO orders will be shipped until payment has cleared in full. **Taxes** Louisiana state residents will be charged 4% state sales tax upon Paypal checkout. **Shipping** Shipping is done either USPS Priority or First Class, whichever is cheaper unless the buyer has a preference. Confirmation on ALL UNITED STATES sales is provided. (It should be sent via email when I print your shipping label. If it does not, please message me.) Insurance is optional and you must request it BEFORE making payment so your invoice can be adjusted to include insurance. Usually a flat rate envelope is the most cost efficient way to send items, but each listing shipping prices may vary. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note, the United States Post Office has informed me they cannot track packages once it leaves the US. I apologize for this, but at this time the most cost efficient way for me to ship international for you is first class. I will happily work with you on the rare occurrence we have a problem. **Refunds and Exchanges** Refunds or exchanges are available if the item(s) are not as promised if I am alerted within 30 days of package arrival. BUYER pays return shipping to seller. If item is in need of adjustment, changes, etc, due to an error on my part, SELLER will ship the corrected item back to buyer at no charge to the buyer, as well as refund buyer's return shipping. If the item is not in need of repair, and the buyer simply wishes to return the item, BUYER pays return shipping. Once item is in seller's possession, seller will refund original payment and shipping. Buyer is responsible for any delivery confirmation fees required to assure the item is returned to me. Seller will NOT refund the return shipping on returns unless there is a structural error in the item, item is damaged, etc. PERSONALIZED items may not be returned. Please message me with any questions, I aim to work with each customer personally and assure the orders are CORRECT before shipping. So please contact me if you have any problems before you post any negative feedback! Believe me, I want you to be 110% satisfied, and I have total confidence we can work out any rare issue that may arise!!! I am not responsible for shipping errors and suggest you purchase shipping insurance if you are concerned about the arrival of your item (I.E. Your post office has a history of being 'rough' on packages, you live out the United States.) I have generally had a wonderful experience with the United States Post Office and of hundreds of packages shipped, had only 1 go missing (an international order, and once an order leaves the US, there's not much I can do.) If you require additional shipping insurance, simply let me know, I can send you an adjusted invoice and listing. All packages receive delivery confirmation, and you should receive this information via email from Paypal.com when I print your shipping label. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions!
