Shipping is by USPS--first class or priority--depending on weight of item and buyer's preference. Purchases will be shipped within two business days or buyer will be informed if another date is necessary. Custom orders will be filled in the order received, and buyer will be notified of length of time required for completion. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within seven days for a full refund, less original shipping charges. Please notify me ahead of time if there is any problem.
