Most things are made and ready to ship at the time of order. Anytime something is being personalized for you it may take a little longer and I will always give you a time line through conversations. Everything will be shipped parcel post unless otherwise specified. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 7 days you are responsible for return postage. Personalized, monnogrammed items may not be returned. Everything is shipped without insurance if you desire insuance please specify this. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped.
