Hello, I hand make all of the items in my shop and have had 15 years experience working with various crafts. I put alot of thought into my work and love to do custom pieces. I will gift wrap for free! Just convo me for details! Payment I only accept Money Orders and Paypal as payment (for now). I must receive payment within 5 business days of the items purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please contact me asap for a resolution. Shipping The stained glass items are the only heavy items. These have insurance automatically added into the cost. Glass will be shipped with extreme padding and care. All jewelry will be shipped first class. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the post office has possession of them. Refunds and Exchanges No refunds or exchanges. All items will be inspected thoroughly before shipping to make sure that clasps and findings are solid, glass is without chips or cracks, etc. However, please do not hesitate to email me if there is an issue with your purchase.
