My concern is that all purchasers be absolutely pleased with their baublez purchase. If for any reason the item is not to suit, I will provide full refund not including shipping upon its return to me. And of course exchanges are doable.

I will do custom work if I have the product to do so. And I do have quite an inventory of gemstones and beads. Any fine silver request can be discussed, I will see what I can do for you.
