Welcome to Beaders Cove. A bit of information about the beads and gemstones available for sale. Supplies are purchased from wholesalers and retailers located here in the USA. Bead strands are restrung into shorter strands so that you can get more of a variety for your money in reasonable quantities. Beads will be picked randomly from the quantity for shipping. Pendant/Focal beads are one of a kind and the item pictured will be the item you receive. I am not a gemoligist but I do enjoy finding out information about gemstones and will share some of my found information with you in the item descriptions. Now for the nitty gritty of business.... Please read the following policies and be in full agreement with them before making any purchases. Minimum purchase of $10 per order is prefered less shipping fees. PAYMENT PayPal is the accepted form of payment. No checks or money orders. You can pay for your order with a credit card via PayPal even if you do not have an account with PayPal. Payment is expected immediately at time of purchase. The order will be canceled within 24 hours if not paid promptly. Once payment has been completed and cleared orders are processed for shipping. No order cancelations. Michigan residents by law must pay 6% sales tax on total order. This will be calculated in the PayPal invoice. SHIPPING Shipments are within the USA 50 States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands only. No international orders at this time. Orders will be shipped to the address on file with PayPal. Please make sure the address is up to date. Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and or Priority Flat Rate when applicable. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES: One item $2.15 - $3.99 for Faceted Gemstones Two or more items after the first item purchased .40 per item. Once your shipping total meets or exceeds $5.75 your order will be shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail. (This does not apply to Flat Rate Shipping Specials. During Shipping Specials orders weighing 13 ounces or more will be shipped Priority Mail.) No refunds are issued on Shipping & Handling rates. Orders with Faceted Gemstones and/or two or more items will be shipped with delivery confirmation. Orders totaling $75 or more will be shipped with signature confirmation at no additional charge to you. Items will be shipped in plastic bags and secured either with bubble wrap, shreaded paper, foam peanuts, tissue paper, etc. to help protect items as much as possible during shipping. Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays. Paid orders that fall on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the next business day. RETURN POLICY You have 10 days from the receipt of the order to return item(s) at your expense. Please send an email stating you have a return so that your return will be looked for in the mail. Ship returned item(s) in protective packaging along with a copy of the order. Item(s) MUST be returned unused in original packaging in original condition with a copy of the order. Item(s) returned in unsellable condition or items returned damaged due to customer neglect to try to protect items during shipping will not be issued a refund. Once the item(s) is received and inspected refunds will be for the purchase price less shipping charges via PayPal. In the event item(s) that have been purchased and are received damaged, an email is to be sent immediately stating the condition of the item(s) and damaged item(s) are to be returned. Once damaged item(s) are inspected a full refund will be issued for the damaged item(s). No exchanges supplies are limited or one of a kind. Clearance items are non-refundable.
