Thanks for your interest in my work! I love what I do, and genuinely hope that shines through in what I create. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns or special requests.
All items come from a smoke-free, cat-friendly home. Cats are not allowed in the studio, but they don't seem to believe that. Please keep this in mind if you have severe allergies.
PAYMENT:
You can pay by PayPal, money order or check (will ship once the check clears). Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. I can be flexible about this if you communicate with me, but if I don't hear anything within three days I will cancel the sale.
I also take payment plans (layaway) if there's something that you love but can't quite afford all at once. Just drop me a line to see what we can work out :)
SHIPPING:
I ship worldwide via 1st class mail, 3x a week. If you're in a hurry, we can arrange for priority or express mail shipping.
I'm happy to combine shipping for multiple items. The combined rates listed are based on estimated weight. Any overage will be refunded.
Please be sure that the address that you have listed with Paypal is current, as this is the address that I will ship to.
Insurance is optional, but encouraged. I pack with (great!) care, but I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the Post Office.
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges. I welcome international bidders, but I cannot mark your item as a gift, or declare it at a lower value on customs forms.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Hopefully, you'll be delighted with what you buy here -- but if not, I do accept returns on most items (see below for exceptions). Just let me know if you'd prefer a refund or an exchange. Item must be returned within 14 days, in the same condition that it was received. Buyer to pay shipping costs.
For hygienic reasons, masks, earrings & barrettes are non-refundable. Please choose these items carefully, and ask any questions in advance.
SALES TAX:
Washington state residents will be charged 9.5% sales tax.
CUSTOM WORK:
Want something a bit different than shown? Most of my designs can be tailored to your liking -- simply contact me to discuss your idea. Once we've established a design, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin custom work. When the work is complete, I'll send pictures for approval. At this point, you can request any changes (please note that extensive changes and redesigns may incur additional charges). Once you have approved the final details, the remaining balance becomes due. Your piece will be shipped upon receipt of the final payment.
Please be forewarned that during busy seasons (like Halloween and Mardi Gras) my schedule can get pretty crazy! If you need something by a certain date, please be sure to let me know ahead of time. Whenever possible, place your order in advance.
WHOLESALE & QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
I'm happy to offer quantity discounts for large volume purchases. I also offer wholesale pricing to qualified buyers, such as brick and mortar stores. Please drop me a line to discuss details.
