Payment:
I accept account balance, bank transfers, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex) through Paypal.

Payment must be received within 48 hours of a purchase. If payment is not received after 48 hours and you have not contacted me, the transaction will be cancelled.

Items shipped to a California address must be charged 7.75%. Any sales tax collected on tutorial orders will be refunded due to electronic transfer regulation 1540.


Shipping:
All of my jewelry pieces are packaged in a small jewelry box which is mailed in a bubble-lined mailer. I ship via USPS First Class Mail within 1-3 working days. If you would like to use another shipping method, just let me know and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

If the shipping address listed through your Artfire account differs from the address listed through your Paypal account, I will require confirmation of the correct address via e-mail. Please note that I will not ship the item until I receive this confirmation.

Insurance is optional and is paid for by the buyer. If you would like me to insure your item, please let me know.

Tutorials are delivered electronically as PDF files, and are sent as e-mail attachments to the e-mail address associated with the purchaser's Artfire account. Tutorials are sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. While I make every effort to deliver tutorial orders within a few hours of payment, please allow 24 hours for tutorial delivery. Since my tutorials range from 1 to 5 MB in size, please make sure there is room in your inbox for the tutorial.


Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, contact me within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price minus postage and Paypal fees. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Sorry, there are no refunds on tutorials.


Care Instructions:
I take great care to make my work sturdy, but it is not unbreakable! Treat it with care and it will last.
