The nature of my products is handmade. I am upfront with materials that I use and the quality is reflected in my wide range of pricing. A bracelet that is listed for $6.00 and made on string is not going to be of the same quality as a $55 sterling silver bracelet. its just the facts.
Repairs :
I will restring/ repair any item purchased from Beansboutique for a period of 90 days from date received due to normal wear and tear.
If a bracelet gets unstrung due to the fact that you are wearing it while swimming and playing soccer every day - this is not normal wear and tear and it will not be replaced.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, I will gladly return or exchange if I receive a message telling me why within 7 business days from you receiving it and I receive item, in original condition and packaging, within 30 business days. buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
No returns on earrings for sanitary reasons.
Payment:
I prefer paypal, but I will accept check or money order. I will not mail out your item until money has cleared my bank.
