I ship upon cleared payment and generally use First Class USPS shipping unless you request Priority, which is available through an upgrade. All items are sent as safe as possible, may even be double boxed and well padded when necessary.
International customers are responsible for all duty tariff or VAT fees related to their purchase and we are not able to mark shipment as gift or declare a lesser merchandise value on the tax form. If you need to know what import or VAT taxes your country will charge you in advance, please consult your Post Office or government tax office.
I have a 7 day return policy, all I ask is that you let me know that there is a problem and I will be more than happy to make it right for you. The only thing non-returnable are any patterns that are emailed to you. Canes, beads and jewelry must be returned unused and in resalable condition.
I work with you from start to finish on custom orders and use a lot of communication so you are aware of all the steps along the way.
Due to the nature of my products, I generally self-insure and am able to recreate an order if by some off chance it should go missing.
