CHECK/MONEY ORDER
Contact me to place an order and request mailing info. Please include name and order details.
Note: Packages ship after payment has cleared.
RECEIPTS
A receipt will be e-mailed to you immediately upon purchase.
CONTRACT NOTICE
Payment for all orders is due up front. Design work and production does not begin until the invoice has been paid. Payment is due within 3 days of invoicing. Orders may be cancelled if payment or communication has not been received after 1 week.

Shipping method for each item/quantity is included in the individual product descriptions.
Buttonhead ships all packages via USPS.
USPS FIRST CLASS
Orders under $50 are typically shipped First Class, unless otherwise stated or requested.
U.S. Customers: 3-5 Days
Non-U.S. Customers: 14-30 Days
USPS PRIORITY
Orders over $50 are typically shipped via Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated or requested.
U.S. Customers: 2-3 Days
Non-U.S. Customers: 5-14 Days
EXPRESS OVERNIGHT
Buttonhead ships Express Overnight upon customer request. Quote provided upon inquiry.
At this time, Buttonhead does NOT ship via other mail carriers, including UPS and Fed Ex.
TRACKING
U.S. Orders - Priority and Express mail orders are tracked via Delivery Confirmation and information is e-mailed to you upon shipment. Packages can be tracked online at usps.com. First Class mail orders are not tracked.
Non-U.S. Orders - All Non-U.S. orders are tracked via the U.S. Customs PS Form 2976 and information is be e-mailed to you upon shipment. Customer is responsible for communicating with the local customs office regarding package status (and tax).
INSURANCE
Mailing insurance is available on request, but is not included with Buttonhead standard shipping. If you would like to have a package insured, please contact me for a quote.
NON-U.S. CUSTOMERS
Customs Considerations - All taxes, customs and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be advised that package delivery time can be significantly delayed due to customs regulations. In some instances, it can take up to 1 month. Customer is responsible for communicating with the local customs office regarding package status (and tax).

RETURN POLICY
Please email me within 14 days of package receipt, if there are any issues with your order. All issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. I am happy to work with you to resolve any concerns you might have.
