BW Designs is a place where you will find unparalleled customer service. Having been a "customer" for most of my life and training employees for over 4 decades on customer service in a very difficult career field, I find I am a stickler for outstanding customer service! If you email me I WILL respond within minutes if possible and certainly within a day at most!Since I have an extensive website, www.beadwizardrydesigns.com, of my own jewelry creations, I practically have a bead store in my home. I am selling excess beads and findings on artfire to share my finds with the public and to make room for more beads! If you get a moment take a look at my website - if you find beads there that interest you, contact me regarding availability. Payment: I accept and prefer PayPal where you DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to purchase. I will, however, also accept money orders - please contact me for information. Shipping: I ship within 24 hours on all normal business days. In most cases I ship USPS with free domestic delivery confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as well as a notice from Artfire giving a tracking number. Returns: I will accept any returns within 14 days if sent back in the same condition as received. Upon receipt I will immediately refund your monies in the same manner as paid, i.e. paypal or money order, minus shipping both ways. I want my customers to be happy with their purchases so please if there is any problem or issue at all just email me and we will work it out. I realize it is a pain to have to return merchandise that is not what you wanted so let's talk about it and take care of it between us.
