How fragile are your trees?

My trees are very flexible and have a lot of spring to them. If you were to drop it the branches will become smushed but they are easily moved back into place without breaking because of this flexibility. This also allows you to arrange your tree as you would like!

If your tree becomes damaged and you would like it repaired I will gladly do this for the cost of shipping and supplies.

Will my tree look exactly like the photo?

Because every tree is created by hand each one will have its own personality. The number of wires and stones and the dimensions will be the same but the exact shape will vary from tree to tree. Please browse the site and take a look at my work to see these variations.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders arrive within two weeks of payment. If you need your order quickly please contact me before ordering to find out if there is room in the schedule for your rush order.

Payment

Payment should be completed via Paypal at the time the order is placed. I cannot begin any work until payment has been recieved.

Taxes will be automatically added for LA residents who pay via Paypal.

Shipping

Non USA Residents - If you make a large purchase that cannot be sent via First Class mail I will have to request additional shipping charges to cover Priority International. This is very rare and usually applies to large favor/wedding orders.

Rates listed are for both Shipping and Handling.

All trees are shipped via USPS Priority Main in the USA and USPS First Class Internationally. Tags are sent by First Class Mail unless the shipping charges meet or exceed $5.50. In that case the tags will be sent via Priority Mail.

Customer is responsible for all customs fees that may be due. Please check with your local post office for your countries rates.

What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

I take great care to package all of my pieces so that they arrive intact. If an item is damaged upon arrival you must Contact Me within 48 hours. I may require the return of the damaged item before I will replace it. I do replace and ship the replacement item at my own cost. I will also cover return postage when requesting a damaged item be returned. Lost or damaged packages will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If an item is lost I will replace it but I require that sufficent time has passed to be sure the package has indeed been lost. Some international packages can take a long time to arrive (sometimes 2 - even 3 months)

What If I am not happy with my purchase?

In the case that you are not happy with my work please contact me and I will work with you to fix the problem. To return an item you must contact me via email within 2 days after your package is delivered to arrange a return. I can issue a refund for the item price to you as soon as your purchase arrives back here. Returns should be shipped with some kind of delivery confirmation or tracking number to help prevent the package becoming lost. Do not remove the tree from the clear box it arrived in. If your tree was CUSTOM or a special order then there may be a fee to cover material costs depending on what size the tree was. I will not accept a tree back if it has been used for an event.

I do not currently have wholesale rates nor do i do consignment. If you are interested in purchasing my products for resale I would be open to giving up to a 30% discount on purchases that meet certain qty and monetary requirements (depending on which items you are interested in). You must have a valid tax ID number and proof of a brick and mortar location. You may not resell my work as your own creations.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or your purchase somehow becomes damaged (kids and pets!) please contact me and I will be happy to work with you on a replacement/repair.
