We accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashier Checks. Sorry, no personal checks.
If paying through PayPal with an eCheck, your order will not ship until we receive notification from PayPal that it has cleared.
We request that all payments be made within 3 days. If you are sending a money order or cashier's check, please be sure to note that in the "message from buyer" section. We will then need to receive the money order or cashier's check within 6 days. If payment isn't made within this time, we will then have to cancel your order and relist the item. We will attempt to contact you before we cancel your order. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your business.
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Generally, if an order is received by noon (Pacific) on a shipping day, then it will ship the same day. This way it ensures that your order is shipped within 24-48 hours (Business Days). Exception: If an order is placed on Friday after we have shipped then it will not ship until the following Monday. All weekend orders are shipped on Monday.
******INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I understand that some international customers would like me to mark the custom's as a "gift". Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service can issue a "fine" if they decide to open that package and really discover that it isn't a gift. In keeping with honesty, I simple cannot do this. However, I really will make ever effort to come up with a solution for my International Customers. If sending the order in 2 separate packages or even 3 packages to get the value lower, then I am willing to do this. Please convo me if this is what you need to have done. Additional shipping charges may apply. All custom fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. I cannot be responsible for non-delivery of international orders. Once I ship the order and it leaves the United States, there is just no way for me to track it or guarantee it's deliver. Sorry. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You can return an item for exchange or refund for up to 14 days. The postage to return the item is your responsibility. The refund will be for the cost of the item only. Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable.
We will not add on handling charges for exchanges of equal or greater value. Only actual postage charges will apply.
I make every attempt to have in stock the items I have listed. Unfortunately, sometimes some listings fall through the cracks as I have sold the item(s) on another site or to a local customer. If this is the case, I will notify you immediately and give you the option of canceling the order or waiting for when the item is restocked and ship at that time.
