I'm currently based in India, but most items ship from Chicago. Some items may ship from India, if you would like to know how long an order will take to reach you please contact me. I accept paypal or credit cards. Payment should be made within 2 days of purchase. Average shipping time is 3-7 working days however international orders can take longer due to being held up in customs. Any customs duty incurred is the responsibility of the buyer. Some of my items are in India with me other items are in Chicago, I will let you know if your item ships from India, generally it takes 2-3 weeks. I ship items within 1-2 days of purchase, unless its for a custom order, that would however be discussed prior to the transaction. As we strive to get the items out as soon as payment is made sometimes life does take a different turn. So if you need something for a certain date then please inform us so we can assure it reaches you on time. Refunds and Exchanges I would like you to be completely happy with your purchase and I believe you will be delighted with your handmade item or supply, but should something be not to your liking, I will gladly accept a return, within 14 days.The item will be returned at buyers expense, after receiving the item in original condition I will issue a full refund. Wooden and Brass Blocks can only be returned if not used, I cannot give a refund if the blocks have been used. The same as above you have 14 days to return the item to me at your expense and I will issue a refund.
