My studio policies are as follows: 1. All prints come laminated unless specified otherwise. 2. My only method of payment is Paypal. 3. No refunds on shipped merchandise. 4. I do guarantee delivery. 5. If more than one item is purchased, I will not charge s & h for additional items. 6. On purchased portraits, I will not make any changes after delivery.
