Items are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS first class, with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise requested. If you need something shipped rapidly, please message me before purchasing so I can accommodate you!

RETURNS

I'll accept returns for merchandise that's been damaged during shipping. None of my photographs on the site are manipulated with software; I choose the best lighting in-camera and work with that. What you see is what you get. Slight imperfections are the nature of the work, but I always strive to create pieces of the highest quality with secure links that stand up to normal wear!

WIREWORK BRACELET SIZING

All of the Wire And Crystal bracelets on my site are size-checked using a bracelet sizing mandrel. If you see a bracelet you want, and it doesn't fit your wrist measurement, I can adjust it to fit you; just send me a note!!
