I Ship most items such as vintage chenille, fabric or other supplies within 4 days (usually next day) of cleared payment. I ship handmade items that are already made within 4 days (usually next day) of cleared payment as well. Custom orders are shipped within 4 days of completion of item and will depend upon the item purchased. I am happy to give an estimated time frame for completing any custom order upon request. I usually don't accept returns on vintage chenille etc. unless I have grossly misrepresented an item. I check these items carefully to make sure that the items are free of stain, holes, etc. If however I miss something and the buyer contacts me I am happy to replace the item if I have more in stock or give them something else in it's place. I don't accept returns on custom orders like rag quilt, purses, totes, pillows, burp cloths etc. because I communicate with the buyer extensively through email with pictures to make sure the buyer is Happy with the item before it is shipped.
I ship Via USPS First Class Mail for Items up to 13 ounces and after that I Ship Via USPS Priority mail. Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping price. I happily combine shipping for multiple orders and Insurance can be purchased upon request and I strongly encourage it for items that are over $50.00. Thanks You,
