I ship internationally for all the items except to Italy and Spain.

I pack and send out all orders within 2 working days.

Please note that all orders takes approxmately 6-8 working days to reach the USA/Canada from Singapore, depending on your local postal service.

For Singapore buyers, I offer free shipping for cards and bookmarks only. Gift boxes are excluded from free local shipping unless it qualifies for any free shipping promotion at time of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, I would gladly send you another one of similar design unless its a one of a kind piece. I do not refund for any items arrived damaged unless it is the only piece which I could not reproduce.
