I appreciate your business and want you to be more than satisfied with your purchase. Payment is expected within two business days after purchase. If you need longer to pay, please send me a message to let me know. If I do not receive a message or payment, I will cancel the sale and relist the item after two days. I do my best to accurately portray all of my items. Please remember that computer monitors vary so colors may be slightly different. I want you to be happy, make that thrilled, with your purchase from ClaireBaby Designs. If you receive a non-customized item and are not satisfied, you may return the undamaged item within 7 days, at your shipping expense. I will refund your purchase price minus sellers fees. As a general rule, custom orders are not refundable. I will be in contact with you throughout the process to make sure I'm making exactly what you want. If you receive a customized item and are not happy with it, contact me. I may be able to change an item or fix things to make you happy. CBD prefers Paypl but I do accept USPS (United States Postal Service) Money Orders. Please contact me asap if you plan to pay this way so I can give you instructions and my address.
