clayology's Policies

Thanks for considering a Clayology piece! These items do have unique characteristics that distinguish as handmade. This means they are by no means perfect so please take the time to read the following shop policies before placing your order.



I only accept PayPal payments. Shipment process will begin as soon as payment is received. Texas residents will be charged 8.25 sales tax.



All items are shipped USPS Priority within the U.S. Items are shipped within 5 business days of receiving payment. If you require expedited shipping, convo me and it can be arranged.





I try to photograph and describe my pieces as accurately as possible; however, they may look slightly different when you receive them. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, I will give you a store credit to use on another item in my store. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order if you are unhappy. Shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
