Most items are shipped the day payment is received and guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Item/s will be shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional but highly recommended as no piece can be duplicated 100% as I may not have another similar stone. The buyer will be responsible for uninsured packages. I do take special care while packaging your item/s to prevent damage from occurring. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: If for any reason at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately. I definitely would like the opportunity to resolve any problems. For a full refund of the purchase price, simply return the item/s to Cowgirl Design undamaged and unworn within 10 days. Returned items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund. WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT INQUIRIES: Anyone interested in including my treasures in their own shop, please contact me! I wholesale 12 or more pendants at 25% off with proof of shop ownership. I am not consigning my pendants at this time. CUSTOM ORDERS WELCOME: I adore custom orders! Just contact me with your ideas and budget, and together we can create a one-of-a-kind pendant for you. The amount of time it takes to complete a custom piece varies due to complexity of the request and whether the parts are custom and need to be ordered. Generally custom orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 days. I will discuss with you your individual needs (or course priority is first come, first served but exceptions can be made in the event of a time sensitive situation, such as a birthday, anniversary, or holiday.) Custom Orders are not refundable, or returnable as this was made for you and only you.
However, if your order is damaged in transit I will work with you in replacing the piece.
