I do my best to ship within 48 hours of payment being received, or on the first business day following payment. I ship with Canada Post, regular parcel post; if you would like to use another carrier, add a tracking number or insurance, please contact me for a shipping quote.

If you need to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving the item. Providing items are returned in their original condition, a full refund will be made, although shipping charges cannot be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
