craftyGAgal Creations is run by just me. I make everything, list everything, ship everything.....so if you have an issue I am your Gal. Making my customers happy is my #1 Goal. Please feel free to contact me about anything!

Payment
Payment is due upon purchase or as soon there after as possible. I accept (& prefer) PayPal (which is safe, easy & fast) but am willing to do other forms (like local pick-up or money order) when agreed upon before hand. I will not ship item till it is paid for.

Shipping
Purchases made on Fri-Sun will be mailed on Monday. Purchases made on Mon-Thur will be mailed on Fri (I try to mail sooner but since I have a local shop- some items are actually at shop and this time frame gives me time to get item if it is there) and ship USPS. Insurance in not included but I am not responsible for items once they leave my possession and am willing to add it on to your purchase- just put note during transaction.

Refunds and Exchanges
I have a 7 day -NO QUESTIONS ASKED- Return Policy (this does not included shipping fees). Also due to sanitary purposes all returned earrings will be refunded price minus the price to replace the ear wires! This does not apply to custom orders.
