Payment is expected within 7 days, we prefer PayPal, but we also accept Checks and Money Orders FROM THE USA ONLY. Canadian orders must be paid by PayPal in US funds.

We ship within 2 business days of confirmed/cleared payment. All shipping is by USPS. Shipping insurance is optional but recommended, and is NOT included in standard shipping charges. We will NOT be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact us for fees. Orders totaling $25 or over before shipping is added will be shipped for free. At this time we only accept exchanges if the item you purchased was not the item you received. If this is the case, we will refund your shipping charges for shipping back to us and re-ship the correct item when we receive the original merchandise in original condition. If you are in a hurry, we can re-charge you for the correct item and ship it immediately, then refund the charges when we receive the incorrectly shipped item.

Gift Purchases: If you're in a pinch and need a gift shipped directly to your recipient, for an additional $5 we will gift wrap your gift, include a gift card with your message on it and ship it USPS Priority to a domestic (USA) address you specify. Your information will be included in the package, so we can't do secret admirer gifts, sorry.
