Masks are sold with the understanding that they are handmade items.

Every attempt is made for them to be safe, comfortable and long-lasting, however I cannot guarantee that a piece won't come loose or break.

My masks are not intended for children as they contain many small pieces which could be a choking hazard.

Please read the care instructions on the blog page to help prolong the life or your work of art.

Damage through wear is not in any way refundable however, I will be happy to give advise about how best to solve or fix whatever problem you have.

Damages incurred by shipping will only be refunded if the buyer selects shipping option one which includes postal insurance. In that case, pictures of damage must be sent to me so that I may take up the issue with the post office.
