I usually ship small orders priority and large orders parcel post to keep shipping charges down. On the large orders, it is up to the customer to choose priority or parcel post. Shipping is twice a week and I email the customer with the delivery confirmation number so we can track it just in case it is delayed for some reason. Though I havent had any problems. I hope that there arent any returned items since these are custom made. I will refund purchase price it I send you the wrong item other than what was purchased.
