PAYMENT
For your convenience we accept PayPal, Google Checkout and most major credit cards. Credit card payments are handled through PayPal or Google Checkout, both secure online financial services. You can pay with a credit card without signing up for an account or you can sign up for either a PayPal or Google Checkout account while purchasing an item.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us! Your personal information remains confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not buy or sell email addresses or share our customer information with any third party for any reason, unless required by law.

FREE SHIPPING and HANDLING via USPS First Class Mail. In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days Monday-Saturday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING rates are calculated based on shipping USPS First Class International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in the shipping charges.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available through FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for most items at a flat rate of US 21.95. In stock orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days from when you placed your order. Expedited shipping not available for items shipped to PO Boxes.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the above timeframe.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry so we offer a 30 day 100 Percent SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on all items for credit or full refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! All products must be returned in their original condition. Products which have been modified by any 3rd party or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
